I went back in my blog to figure out what resolutions I made last year and see if I kept up with them.
Hmmm . . . its not good.
1. Stop being Stupid with boys . . . that so much went down the tube. I dont get the males that have any kind of interaction with me . . . its a mystery and I cant seem to figure it out, not sure where I go with it or what I do.
2. Live on a budget: considering I'm still attempting to pay off bills and have these credit cards staring at me . . . I dont think I stuck with that one all that well.
3. Reduce the amount of carbs I eat at meals (meaning under 1000 grams or something) . . . oy that I dont even think I attempted to work on.
4. Triple my weight loss from 2010 . . . yea pretty sure I doubled what I lost and added it on :(
FAILURE
Oh well . . . new year . . . new goals
Running, workouts, baking, eating healthy and so much more see where life leads this girl.

Ohhhh . . . the humanity . . .
HA! So many things I want to write right now, but mostly I just want to update how I"m doing with the whole 1000 mile goal I have going. I already faced facts that I wont be hitting 1000 miles . . . however I dont want to throw in the towel just yet. i wanna see if 850 is attainable.
So this month has been the hardest workout month . . . I dont know if its the fact that it doesnt feel like winter, or that I'm just moody or that the gym has lost all appeal because of this 1000 mile challenge. It might have lost it appeal because I'm not doing anything different, I cant remember the last time I biked, or did the stair master or the rowing machine. Oh the rowing machine, I miss you so . . .
Anyway, stay posted and I'll let you know how many miles I've obtained, and soon . . . soon I'm going to post my new new years resolution . . . no more #s just more goals.

Thats how long it too me today to accomplish running/jogging/walking 3 miles. I think my last time I posted it was like 41:17 . . . which means I'm getting better. The goal is to be under 40 . . . I'd like to be at 39 minutes by the end of break, and considering I'd like to go everyday during break (starting today which I did) I should be able to do that.
I have a plan . . . by the end of break if I can be at 39 minutes, then by the end of March I'd like to be at 36 minutes. Once I get to 36 minutes I'm going to sign up for another 5k, but I think I"m not gonna sign up with anyone. I think I want to experience doing one at my own pace and not having to rely on another person and or think about anything other than myself . . . we'll see what happens, I'm just elated that I am getting close to my goal.
Once the new year starts I should focus on my horrid eating habits, right now until Jan. 1 I'm gonna just focus on my running time. One thing at a time right?

What a day . . .
Today has been sooooooooooo very productive. Honestly I dont think I've been as productive in a long long time.
This is what my day consisted of . .
1. work out (2 mile jog)
2. get ready for work
3. work for 8 hours
4. 1 hr training after work
5. go to Target and get baking supplies
6. bake cookies
7. make chocolate covered pretzel rods
8. bake banana bread
9. wrap a bunch of gifts
10. finish writing cards to my staff
Now before you start to judge me know that the baking was for work tomorrow. bringing cookies, pretzels and bread to work for my staff . . . I like baking but I think I've hit my limit.
