Day 4

Ok . . . ready to throw in the towel at this point.

I'm not having such a good day, not feeling well not feeling like doing stuff and just feeling a little let down.

I've been attempting to workout regularly for the past three weeks, and I weighed myself at the beginning of those three weeks and just weighed myself last night . . . i'm gaining weight. I dont want to hear the "water weight" comment or "you're gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat" . . . I just want it to not be happening :(
