Cracking Down . . .

Getting tired of my own malarkey and not jumping on the bandwagon of losing weight.

The intention behind this blog will be to chronicle what I do/eat on a daily (or 4 x a week) basis . . . accountability and action is the name of the game.

Stay tuned and help me be accountable by commenting and encouraging me on my road to recovery (if you think about it, its totally true . . . recovering myself from this unhappy empty shell that I am)
