I'm pretty proud of myself. This morning I woke up at 4:35 in order to get in a 5am workout. It wasn't all that hard :)
What I did . . .
2.5 mile jog/walk (3.6/5.0 2min/6min)
1 mile uphill/downhill walk @ 3.6
Total Calories burned: 600
I entered myself in a 12 week Biggest Loser deal at work back in the fall. Today is the last weigh in and I'm pretty sure throughout the 12 weeks I've lost 4 big ones . . . not a significant loss :(
Theres talk about doing it again in the spring . . . but not sure if i want to invest $20 again to lose a small amount of weight . . . . we'll see.
