Don't get it

I dont get what my deal is this month. I cannot seem to get to the gym. I think that after I admitted that the 1000 miles wasn't going to happen my body took a turn for the worse . . . I've gained weight, I've stopped caring, and I've stopped exercizing. In the last 13 days I've gone to the gym 4 times . . . thats not normal, by now I should have already gone to the gym 8 to 9 times . . . :(

I'm sad and I dont know how to get out of this rut.
HELP?

Reality Shows

I think I should have a reality show . . . I'm super addited to reality television, I love shows with heavier girls and how they transform or how their dating lives develop. I often think I watch these shows because I wish I was on that show.

I think my life could make an interested (boring) reality show. Girl . . . annoyed by her job, wants more opportunities, wants to loose weight but has a hard time sticking to routine, wants a party life but doesnt have the friendships that sustain that kind of lifestyle, and most of all wants a boyfriend but has yet to find someone I'm interested in . . .

If my life were a show solutions to my issues would be provided, let me explain
1. annoyed with job, want something more . . . the show would give me a job to a far off land that i'd have to debate if i wanted or not (i'd want it)
2. wants to lose weight but cant stick with a routine . . . . the show would give me a personal trainer for free that would work with me hours each day to get to me to an ideal weight
3. party life, but no friends to promote that . . . the show would have extras that would pretend to be my friend and take me out and force me to have a good time
4. boyfriend . . . the show would again have extras that would encourage me to date therefore would attempt to show I have a dating life and not a "go-to-bed-at-8-pm life"

AHHH if only I contacted MTV and they'd give a show to a 29 year old . . . wait how old are those Jersey Shore people . . . 40?? maybe I have a chance :D
