In case you were wondering . . . the healthy eating and working out continued today.
Was able to get to the gym and get in 5 miles of activity and was able to maintain good eating habits.
One thing that i noted today, eating MUST happen within the 30 minutes of my lunch period and cheese stick, nature valley bar and gatorade does not count as lunch . . .
Let you know how the quest for 30 minute lunches goes :)
