I decided to press this button today to reset my whole working out/eating right lifestyle. I took a 9 day hiatus from going to Lifetime, the excuse was that it was my b'day week . . . but thats a really really bad reason. First week of school, new schedule trying to figure things out . . . I was just honestly tired and instead of working out and being healthy I wanted to just be lazy and eat crap, and I used my b'day as an excuse.
So anyway . . . today I pressed restart/reset.
I went to work and ate all the fruit I brought to work (strawberries, grapes and a peach) and attempted to eat something during the 30 minutes of lunch I have. Never knew how hard it was to work and eat in 30 minutes.
I came home and to be perfectly honest with you. . .
at 5:30 I didnt feel like taking Sam for a walk . . . but I did :)
at 7:00 I didnt feel like going to Lifetime . . . but I did
And the fact that now its 10pm and I'm able to say that I completed 7 miles of activity throughout today makes me very happy.
Now I have to see if this mentality can continue throughout the week :)
